Participants of the Reboot Develop 2024 Blue Pitching Sessions must comply with the terms and conditions defined within the following document.

- The sponsor of this year’s iteration of Pitching Sessions is Nacon.
- Pitching Sessions specifics
- Reboot Develop Pitching Sessions extends beyond just regular opportunity to land potential publishing and/or investment deal, meaning, Pitching Sessions are imagined as:
- an opportunity to pitch your projects in front of publishers/investors as one would do in a regular pitching environment
- an competition for the best pitch, or rather best combo of pitch and presentation skills for which one would be rewarded with a special prize and recognition.
- Individuals/studios that entered the final selection(see 3.Submission process ) ****are enrolled in the Pitching Session competition by default.
- Registered studios/individual attendees of Reboot Develop Blue 2024 have an opportunity to participate in pitching your projects to designated publishers/investors is not mandatory.
- Pitching Session will be conducted in front of the official Pitching Session Judging Panel, and live audience of conference participants.
- The pitching sessions will be held at one of the dedicated conference halls(most likely main conference hall). Specific location will be announced at the later date, directly through mail and will be emphasized in the Final Conference Agenda.
- The pitching session will be conducted in series - five games/studios per each day of the conference.
- Individuals/studios that entered the final selection will be informed about the time (and place) of their pitching session within a week after the submission period ends.
- Individuals/studios that entered the final selection will have:
- 5 minutes to pitch
- 1 minute for video material (trailer, gameplay, etc.) at the time of their choosing(beginning, middle or end of the presentation)
- 3 minutes for feedback and questions from the judges
- Pitching Session Judging Panel will make live feedback, and ask follow-up questions immediately after each pitching session
- Submission process
- Submitted game/project can be developed for one or multiple of the following
platforms – PC, Mac, Console, VR, AR, XR, handheld system, and/or mobile platforms
- A company/studio or an individual is allowed to submit more than one project/game
for the exhibition but only one game will make the final selection.
- Out of all submissions, only 15 games/studios will make the final selection and be able
to pitch in front of the publishers/investors
- The submission process is conducted through dedicated application form
- Individuals/companies that are applying with “Indie Package” tickets have priority in application evaluation process due to limited space

The deadline is 31st of March - 11:59 PM CEST time (or GTM+2).!
